Frequently asked questions
Yes, Starlink is designed to operate in most weather conditions. The High Performance antenna also has a snow melt function that heats the dish, so service quality holds up in snow or icy conditions.
Once the full package is used, your speed drops to 1 Mbps. You have two options: top up with an extra 50 GB at catalogue price, or upgrade to the next package (for example from 50 GB to 500 GB), active from the following month.
It depends on the site, but the installation is generally done in a couple of hours, 2 hours on average.
Activation generally happens within 24 to 48 hours on business days, excluding equipment delivery times.
