Netcom Mobile and Telenet Business compared

Telenet performs strongly in densely populated areas and offers sharp business terms. We offer that same network, but keep the door open to Proximus for lines that travel outside the city.

Short answer

Compared with Telenet Business, the main difference is flexibility: with Netcom Mobile your line runs on the Telenet or the Proximus network, and you move it per line without a new contract or a number change. Coverage and speed are identical to the underlying network. Telenet is attractive if you want to bundle fixed line, TV and mobile with the same provider. If your team works across changing locations, free network choice per SIM card weighs heavier than that kind of bundle.

Where Telenet excels

In Antwerp, Ghent, Brussels and the Flemish rim, the network is dense and performs excellently. For office profiles that rarely leave the city, that's the sharpest choice.

The difference in approach

We don't just resell Telenet, we build your fleet across multiple networks at once.

  • City profiles on Telenet, field teams on Proximus, all within one and the same fleet.
  • For Telenet lines we supply a physical SIM card at 8.90 euro, for Proximus an eSIM at 3.50 euro is also possible.
  • One invoice for mobile, fixed internet, IoT and Starlink.
  • Belgian support with a dedicated contact person.

Management and growth

If your team grows, you activate extra lines online without renegotiating. If it shrinks, we stop lines without you having to reopen an entire contract.

What to watch out for

If your activity is mainly in rural areas, Telenet isn't always the best choice. In that case we start those lines straight away on Proximus instead of switching you later.

Frequently asked questions

Can I get an eSIM on Telenet?

On Telenet we work with a physical SIM card at 8.90 euro. If you want an eSIM, Proximus at 3.50 euro is the right choice.

Can I combine lines from both networks?

Yes, that's the core of multi operator. Both networks sit on the same contract and the same invoice.

Does anything change to my number when I switch?

No, your numbers are ported while keeping the same number.
