What does Multi Operator as a Service mean?+

You get one contract, one invoice and one point of contact, but choose per SIM between the networks of Proximus, Telenet and KPN Mobile (NL) in Belgium, and KPN Mobile for your Dutch offices. You're never locked into a single operator.

Can I switch networks without changing provider?+

Yes. When coverage or pricing changes, we switch your line to another network without you changing supplier. Your contract and management stay with Netcom.

How are the rate plans structured?+

Per network we offer mobile, data-only and IoT bundles, excluding VAT by default for business customers. See the full overview on the rates page.

Do I keep my number and does my service stay online?+

Your numbers are ported using standard number portability, and we plan the migration to keep downtime to a minimum. Book a migration call.

Our story

How Netcom Mobile came to be.

From a small telecom office in Ghent to a Belgian Multi Operator. Seventeen years built on one principle: honest telecom, without sales pressure and without unnecessary complexity.

Since 2009 we've activated over 15,000 SIM cards and helped more than 1,000 Belgian companies, including Coolblue, Synergie Interim and fashion house Dries Van Noten. Since launching our own Netcom Mobile network in 2021, over 2,500 cards already run on our own MVNO infrastructure.

    Netcom Solutions opens in Ghent

    We start as an independent telecom broker for Belgian SMEs. One goal: give customers honest advice in a market full of fine print.

  2. 2013

    From broker to full-service partner

    Customers ask for more than advice alone. We take over full management: contracts, billing, support and device policy. One phone call, everything handled.

  3. 2018

    Expansion into fixed internet and IoT

    VDSL and fiber up to 1 Gbps, plus our first multi operator SIM cards for M2M applications. This covers a company's full telecom landscape.

  4. 2021

    Launch of our own Netcom Mobile network

    We stop being a pure reseller and launch our own MVNO infrastructure. Since then we've activated over 2,500 cards on our own Netcom Mobile network, with our own plans on Telenet and Proximus.

  5. 2026

    Netcom Mobile: Multi Operator as a Service

    Today Proximus, Telenet, KPN Mobile (NL) and Orange (data and IoT) are bundled into one service. Switching networks happens with a SIM or eSIM change, your contract, number and point of contact stay the same.

How does switching to Netcom Mobile work?+

You choose a plan and network, we handle the migration with number portability. You'll receive a physical SIM or activate instantly via eSIM. There's no interruption to your service.

What is an eSIM and how do I activate it?+

An eSIM is a digital SIM card you activate by scanning a QR code with your device. Works on iPhone (iOS 17+), iPad (iPadOS 16+) and most Android devices (Android 10+).

How can I call via Telenet or Proximus without switching provider?+

You stay a Netcom customer. We're a Multi Operator MVNO, so you choose which network your SIM runs on. You switch networks without changing provider, contract or number.

Do I need to cancel my current contract?+

No, we take care of the cancellation and porting for you. You sign one document, we handle the rest with your current operator.
