Frequently asked questions
Does the SIM work with any OCPP backend?
Yes. The SIM provides a data connection, your charger speaks OCPP 1.6 or 2.0.1 with any backend. A private APN with VPN is available on request.
What is the difference between single and multi-operator?
Single operator uses one network at the lowest price. Multi-operator switches automatically to another network when coverage drops, ideal for public and critical charge points.
How does pooling work?
All included data of your SIMs is combined into one pot. Quiet chargers absorb busy ones. Below 100 SIMs pooling costs € 0.45 per SIM per month, from 100 SIMs it is free.
When is the annual pack worth it?
For charge points with low, predictable usage. You pay once a year and get 1 GB per SIM per year.
