Telecom for retail and hospitality

When the internet in a shop goes down, the till stops working. Retail and hospitality therefore do not need a heavier line, but a second route out and a telephony system that connects branches.

Short answer

For shops and hospitality venues, the critical point is the payment terminal and the till: those must never go offline. Combine fixed internet via fibre or VDSL with a mobile back-up connection that takes over automatically. Put guest wifi on a separate network, away from till and payment traffic. For pop-ups, market stalls and food trucks, a mobile data connection or a temporary card for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months works well.

Connection with automatic back-up

We supply fixed internet via VDSL or fibre and set up a mobile back-up alongside it. If the cable drops, the payment terminal and till stay online.

Devices without staff

Order kiosks, displays, cold storage monitoring and cameras get a data-only or IoT card. Those cards do not need a voice bundle, which keeps them cheap per unit.

Reachable without a fixed switchboard

Digital Voicemail brings office telephony to the mobile line: voicemail, call forwarding, menu options and call groups, at 8.26 euro per month excl. VAT, that is 9.99 euro incl. 21 percent VAT. This is possible when the number is activated via Netcom on the Proximus network.

Multiple branches, one invoice

All branches come under a single contract. If you open a new location, we have the lines and internet ready by the opening date.

Frequently asked questions

Is Digital Voicemail available on every network?

No, we activate it on numbers that run via Netcom on the Proximus network.

Can I get a separate overview per branch?

Yes, we can split reporting per location while billing stays centralised.
