Telecom for lawyers, accountants and consultants

For offices and consultancies, telecom is not a cost item but part of the service. A lawyer who is unreachable, a consultant without roaming, an office with an outdated switchboard: that costs clients.

Short answer

Lawyers, accountants and consultants mainly need reachability and professional call handling. Work with mobile lines with Digital Voicemail (8.26 euro per month excl. VAT, so 9.99 euro incl. 21 percent VAT) on numbers that run via Netcom on the Proximus network, so you no longer have to manage a switchboard. For employees regularly working outside Europe, add a travel eSIM that is active the same working day. Fixed and mobile numbers are ported with number retention, phased so the office is never unreachable.

Hybrid work without reachability gaps

Employees work from home, at the client's premises and in the office. We ensure the same number rings everywhere, that voicemail is handled centrally, and that call forwarding no longer requires a separate app.

Our business subscriptions start from 15 euro per month excl. VAT. We choose the network per profile: office lines often on Telenet, field staff and regions with national coverage on Proximus.

Digital Voicemail as a modern switchboard

Digital Voicemail replaces the old switchboard with functionality on the mobile line: menu options, call groups, call forwarding, voicemail and reachability rules. The cost is 8.26 euro per month excl. VAT, that is 9.99 euro incl. 21 percent VAT.

We only activate Digital Voicemail on numbers that run via Netcom on the Proximus network. So you do not need to maintain a separate switchboard or learn a management portal.

Travel eSIM for consultants on international assignments

Consultants who regularly travel to the US, the UK, the UAE or Asia quickly run into roaming charges with a standard subscription. For those assignments, we load a travel eSIM alongside the fixed business line, at a fixed upfront amount.

The device stays reachable on the Belgian number, while data and local calls run via the eSIM. Back in Belgium, you switch off the eSIM until the next trip.

Fixed internet with back-up for the office

We supply VDSL or fibre up to 1 Gbps with a fixed IP, and add a mobile back-up alongside it. If the cable fails, email, cloud and video calls keep working. For smaller offices, a mobile connection with back-up can even be the primary connection.

Switching without interruption

We handle cancellation and porting for you. You only need to provide your company registration number, current numbers, SIM card numbers and customer numbers. The migration happens in phases, so the main number and the on-call line never go down at the same time.

Frequently asked questions

Is Digital Voicemail also suitable for a small office?

Yes, even for sole traders and small teams it is worthwhile because you no longer have to manage a switchboard. The functionality sits on the mobile line.

Can I connect employees working from home?

Yes, employees get a mobile line with a fixed number, voicemail and call forwarding. For home offices we combine that with fixed internet or a mobile back-up.

How quickly can a consultant leave with a travel eSIM?

We can activate a travel eSIM the same working day. You receive a QR code to load onto the device.

Do we keep our current fixed numbers?

Yes, both fixed and mobile numbers can be ported. We plan the switch in phases so nothing becomes unreachable.
