Frequently asked questions about self-service connectivity
Do your cards work with any payment terminal?↓
Yes, as long as the terminal has a SIM slot. We provide APN settings and, where needed, a private APN for a PCI-compliant setup.
What if a device moves to a weaker location?↓
Let us know and we move the card to another network without replacing hardware.
Is there a minimum number of cards?↓
No, although a shared data pool becomes attractive from around ten devices.
How fast is a new card delivered?↓
Stock cards usually ship within a few working days, pre-activated on request.
